Body Back® Transformation

Body Back® Transformation classes consist of:

  • HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (participants cannot be pregnant and must be 6 months postpartum, must be able to run, jump, and work core)
  • Before & After assessments *first and last day of class MUST BE PRESENT to be assessed*
  • Class will be primarily outside
  • Classes are 60 minutes, twice a week
  • Additional workouts at home/in the gym are required for transformation (#homeworkmatters)
  • Sticking to the nutrition plan is required for transformation
  • Childcare will be provided for kids over 18 months old
  • REVAMPED nutrition guide and recipes online
  • REVAMPED at-home workout videos online

Body Back® program includes 2 High Intensity Interval Training workouts in a group setting, nutrition plan, food journals, online accountability and challenges, weekly inspiration and group support.

  • Initial & final body measurements and fitness evaluations to track progress.
  • No two classes are the same.
  • You will challenge your body and push through fitness plateaus.
  • This class is for moms only, group babysitting can be arranged inside the church for an additional cost.
  • This class is not suitable for pregnant mommies, or moms with back or knee problems.

Body Back® Transformation & BOOST

Body Back® Transformation is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan and workout DVDs, moms have a surefire combination for success.
